Before You Arrive

1. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: from 15:00 to 24:00
  • Check-out: until 11:00
Early Check-in (subject to availability)
  • Before 07:00 → full night charge
  • 07:00–12:00 → 20% of room rate
Late Check-out (request upon departure date, subject to availability)
  • Until 14:00 → 20% of the night charge
  • Until 18:00 → 50% of the night charge

2. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Standard rate: 30% of the total amount is required as an advance payment. The reservation can be cancelled up to 21 days before arrival and is fully refundable during that period.
  • Non-refundable rate: 100% prepayment of the total amount is required. No cancellation or refund is possible.
  • No-show: 100% charge of the booking amount.
  • Early departure: 100% charge for unused nights.

3. Payments & Deposits

  • 30% deposit required to confirm the reservation (bank transfer or secure online link).
  • Balance due 7 days before arrival or upon check-in.
  • Accepted methods: cash (up to €500), credit/debit cards, bank transfer, IRIS.

4. Pet Policy

Pet-friendly rooms available upon request.

Fees
  • Daily fee: €20–50 per day (depending on season)
Conditions
  • Up to 1 pet per room, max 5 kg
  • Not allowed in restaurant, spa, pool
  • Leash required in public areas
  • Health booklet with up-to-date vaccinations required
  • Pet Waiver Form must be signed upon check-in

5. Parking & EV Charging

  • Private underground parking (reservation possible).
  • EV charging: flat fee €10/hour.

6. Facilities & Services

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi in all areas.
  • Spa (€40/hour/8 guests), adults’ & children’s pool, pool bar, restaurant, business center.
  • Take-away breakfast boxes available for early departures.
  • Airport transfer service (extra charge, pre-booking required).
  • Beach towels available with €10 deposit per towel.

7. Quiet Hours

23:00 – 07:00, according to Greek law.

8. Loyalty

5% extra discount for direct bookings via the official website.

Check-In/Check-Out for our guests:

  • At Mirror hotel Check-In time starts from 3pm and Check-Out no later than 11am
  • The requests for late Check-Out can only be approved through the reception and they are subject to availability based on the hotel occupancy.

Late check out 1: 14:00 20% of room rate

Late check out 2: 18:00 50% of room rate

  • The hotel will make every possible effort to accommodate the stay of our guests depending on the information we will receive upon the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation/date change policy:

  • The advanced payment for the reservations that are canceled 21 days before the Check-In are fully refunded (not including the charges based on the bank transfer or parcel of the payment if they exist).
  • In case a reservation is canceled within 21 days before the Check-In you will be charged the 30% of total amount of the stay.
  • In case of a Non show you will be charged at least the amount of the advanced payment and the reservation will be canceled.
  • In case you would like to decrease or change the number of nights of a reservation within 21 days before the Check-In you will be charged 50% of the nights you will not spend on our accommodation.
  • In case you would like to decrease or change the number of nights of a reservation within 21 days before the Check-In or in case of a Check-Out before the scheduled date we have the right based on article 8 of the law N 1652/30-10-86 ΦΕΚ 167 Α to charge you 50% of the amount for the remaining nights of the reservation.

Pets are not allowed in our complex.

Deposit/Guarantee:

Please arrange your payment within four (4) working days after completing your reservation and in case of a bank transfer/deposit please email us the proof of payment from the transaction. In case we do not receive any proof of payment within four (4) working days after the booking is complete, your reservation will automatically be canceled.

Arrangement: The balance of the arrangement (total of the room price and meal plan if included), needs to be settled one day prior to arrival or upon check-in

Minimum stay: 3 nights

During Check-In/Out our guests will be able to use the following acceptable payment methods:

  • Cash (up to 500€)
  • Debit or credit card
  • Bank deposit/transfer
